Terms of sale

Payment

The book costs NOK 299. You pay with debit or credit card via NetsAxept, or invoice. If you collect the book at the publisher's premises, you pay there.

Shipping and delivery

The shipping and delivery terms apply to private customers. The publisher ships with Bring, the Norwegian postal service.

• Shipping within Norway is free on orders over NOK 399, which means from 2 books. Svalbard is excluded. The parcel is sent to your letterbox or to a pick-up point.
• Below NOK 399, shipping costs NOK 49 and the parcel is delivered to your letterbox.
• Shipping to Svalbard and outside Norway follows Bring's rates.
• Delivery within Norway normally takes 2-10 working days. In January and February the publisher has fewer staff, and it may take longer. Parcels to Svalbard and abroad often take longer.

Right to cancel

You can cancel the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Fill in the cancellation form (in Norwegian) and send it to the publisher. You then have 14 days to send the book back.

You pay the return postage, and the book must be properly packed. If the book has been used and shows visible signs of it, the publisher may claim compensation for the loss in value.

Faulty items

If the book you receive is faulty, contact the publisher by phone on +47 992 97 967 or by email at post@vormedalforlag.no, ideally with a photo of the damage. A faulty book is replaced with a new one, and you receive a free return label.

Refunds and returns

Your money is refunded within 14 working days of the return being registered by the publisher, normally to the card you paid with. If you received an invoice, it will be credited. Please include your account number with the return.
